When you enrol your child in a Young Maroons programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Payment
- All fees are payable in advance.
- Pay all fees by EFT.
- Your child's membership starts when we receive the payment.
- A registration fee is payable every year.
2. Cancellation
- To cancel a membership, give one full calendar month's notice in writing.
- The notice month must be paid.
- Send the notice to admin@youngmaroons.co.za before the notice period starts.
3. Lesson period
Lessons take place from 1 February to 30 November every year.
4. Free quarterly rewards
Members of the ages 3 to 8 programmes get these rewards:
- 1st Quarter: Young Maroons water bottle
- 2nd Quarter: Young Maroons cap
- 3rd Quarter: Young Maroons cricket shirt
- 4th Quarter: Young Maroons certificate and medal
- We give out the rewards in the last month of each term.
- Only members whose accounts are paid up to date get the rewards.
- Rewards start from the date that your child joins. We do not backdate rewards.
5. Use of personal information
When you enrol, you agree that Young Maroons, its associates and its sponsors can use your personal information, photos and videos for marketing.
6. Limitation of liability
Young Maroons, its employees, directors and shareholders are not liable or responsible for any unforeseen incidents, accidents, injuries or illnesses during participation in the programme.
